• Was a Member of Maharashtra state pollution control Board and had an exposure to environment at issues for the state. Was involved in forming the Environment policies for the state through state Board.
• Invited by ILLINOIS STATE UNIVERSITY (CHICAGO) USA to study the impact of Urban Development on Environment.
• Involved in Environment Impact Assessment projects.

Dr. Mrs. Arundhati Joshi, Managing Director of PAPL

After serving in clinical testing departments of Jaslok and ESIC Hospital started her major career AS a undergraduate and post Graduate teacher at University of Mumbai, was head of the Microbiology department at Modern college, Vashi.

Also worked as post Graduate teacher for post Graduate Diploma at Ruia college for analytical chemistry and as instructor for course run by AIILSG Mumbai.

As MD controls various activities of the Lab in the field of Environmental, FDA regulatory activities and instrumental analysis of various products.

• Eight years plus experience of Consultant OTS - Process Simulation in RSI SIMCON, Inc. which is an IFP group company in Houston, TX, USA.
• Background includes leading operations, teams, and processes to drive business and customer service success. From developing staff to implementing operational procedures designed to optimize efficiency, productivity and handling environmental projects.
• Experience as Site Support Engineer of RSI SIMCON,USA with SADARA Chemical Company in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in real time dynamic simulation of Refinery, Petrochemical and Gas Processing plants. Hydrocarbon Process modelling experience in INDISS and IndissPlus dynamic simulation software platforms.
• Process and Project engineering experience in Chemical Process Industry.
• Conducted technical audits on the Operator Training Simulators and evaluated their performance in the USA. Assisted Plant Operators and Lead Engineers with technical support to process simulation models during operator training sessions and code acceptance testing (CAT) in the USA.
